  1. CONTENT

1.1. PURPOSE: All Ashati content, products and services are intended for non-religious spiritual development, energy healing and other related education and personal development purposes. Ashati is considered complementary in nature and is not intended to replace or contradict the views and methods recognised by science, medicine and other related disciplines.

1.2. TECHNOLOGY: The Ashati online content requires only basic computer knowledge, similar to general internet use. The multi-media content is accessible from most internet enabled devices with an updated media player and PDF file viewer, although it may not be compatible with some browsers.

1.3. TRANSLATION / REWORKING: Ashati content is translated / reworked into multiple languages. While great care is taken to ensure the accuracy of the content, there may be errors or variations present. The Ashati Institute can only guarantee the accuracy of the English content that is published by the Ashati Institute directly, and please contact us if you have any questions.

Any translation, summary in another language, re-working, re-creation or variation of any Ashati content, including manuals, scripts, trademarks and references to the word 'Ashati' or other Ashati brands or terminology (including similar word variations), requires written permission from the Ashati Institute, who will remain the owner of the newly created content. Such content should not be made publicly available without written permission from the Ashati Institute.

  2. SUITABILITY

2.1. TYPE OF WORK: It is the individual’s responsibility to determine whether this type of work is suitable for them. Ashati content, products and services may involve, but are not limited to: self-analysis of your thoughts, emotions, beliefs and purpose; energetic changes to your chakras (the body’s energy centres) and energy bodies (the body’s energy fields); some people may experience psychological and physical symptoms, as well as an increased sensitivity to energy.

  3. MEDICAL

3.1. MEDICAL ADVICE: All Ashati related content and services are considered complementary in nature and should not under any circumstance alter or replace any service, treatment, medication or advice provided by a medical practitioner without their approval. If you feel physically or psychologically unwell, you should seek medical advice as normal.

  4. REGISTRATION

4.1. ORDER: All content, products and services must be taken in the correct order (e.g. level 1, level 2, then level 3, etc.) while also respecting the pre-requisites required to be completed prior to starting each level. If you wish to continue your personal development, you may register for the next recommended level at any time to give yourself plenty of time to go through all the written or video content before receiving your energy activation.

4.2. INTEGRATION: It is required to leave at least 21-days between the same type of energy activations. For example: leave 21-days between the Ashati 1 and Ashati 2 energy activations. However, no wait time is required between Ashati 1 and Alsemia 1. The only exceptions are to also leave 21-days between Ashati 3 and Ascension 1 and to leave 21-days between Ascension 5 and Alsemia 4. Content and conditions may occasionally change, so it is advisable to check the webpage for each individual level before completing a new registration.

4.3. PAYMENT: A payment is required to access each individual distance level which will provide immediate access to content. Due to the nature of online content, all payments are non-refundable. The Ashati Institute may be able to transfer a payment if the incorrect level was selected. Please check with the Ashati Institute if a registration was made in error. Prices may occasionally change with inflation and budget requirements. Price changes may also affect the remaining payments of a payment plan. Any content, product or service that is provided at no cost, may be withdrawn or altered by the Ashati Institute without compensation.

4.4. ENROLMENT PERIOD: Online content is available for a period of 12 months from the date of registration. Please contact the Ashati Institute to discuss the possibility of an extended enrolment period if this is required. The Ashati Institute is not responsible for liability in the unlikely event that the Ashati Platform or any of its content becomes unavailable for any reason during this period. The manuals and certificates contain all the necessary content and should be downloaded to your personal device to continue to have access to them. All other online content, including content within the video and audio files is complementary and provided at no cost. This additional multimedia content is also mostly available within the manuals.

  5. CONTACT

5.1. All contact, including support and enquiries, is provided via email with an anticipated response within 24 to 48 hours. After registration, please read the manual content in full before submitting a support request as the manuals contain all the information required for each level and may answer your questions. The Ashati Institute offers support for account and content related enquiries relating to the education of energy healing. If personal healing support is required, the Ashati Institute recommends booking a one-on-one healing / mentoring session with an Ashati Healer or Ashati Teacher who can personally connect with you energetically to help you work through what you are going through. This service and payment is arranged directly with the service provider.

5.2. Ashati content, products and services require the sending of email notifications. Please add info@ashati.org to your contact list within your email programs to prevent these from going to your spam / junk folder. All correspondence from the Ashati Institute is strictly confidential and may not be shared or distributed with any third party. If you are not the named addressee you should contact the sender immediately and permanently delete all copies of the correspondence. Any views or opinions presented are solely those of the author and do not necessarily represent those of the Ashati Institute. You may contact the Ashati Institute directly for any clarification requests. All communication with the Ashati Institute or any affiliated party must be conducted in a respectful manner.

  6. LIVE SESSIONS / EVENTS / WORKSHOPS / PROGRAMS

6.1. DEFINITION: 'Live Sessions' refers to situations where attendance is in 'real time', either in-person or over distance, including events, workshops, retreats, classes, courses, programs, activities, meditations and healings.

6.2. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS: Due to the nature of this work, in most cases, people are required to remain seated in a chair and silent for an allocated period of time. Please contact the Ashati Institute if you have any concerns or accessibility requirements. A person may be in breach of these terms and conditions and may be removed at any time should their behaviour be deemed distracting or disturbing to another participant or a session facilitator. Phones and other disruptive devices should be switched off prior to the start time. No photography or any other recording is permitted without the prior consent of the Ashati Institute.

6.3. TIMING: It is the individual’s responsibility to research the appropriate mode of transport to ensure that they are on time. If you are late, a lock-out period may apply before being allowed access. In some cases, late arrivals may lead to refused entry. Please leave sufficient time before and especially after a session to adjust to the changes in energy that may occur before returning to normal duties or driving.

6.4. ATTENDANCE: If a person is unable to attend a live session, they should amend or cancel their attendance as soon as possible. If a live session is missed or only partially attended, an alternative online version may be provided at no cost if available, at the discretion of the Ashati Institute. Please take care of your valuables at all times or leave them at home if possible. The Ashati Institute takes no responsibility for the loss or damage of your personal belongings.

6.5. SCHEDULING: A live session is considered confirmed once an email confirmation has been sent by the Ashati Institute. It is your responsibility to check the correct details of a live session within your online account and to notify the Ashati Institute immediately if you do not receive an email confirmation with the live session details within 48 hours. Some live sessions have content requirements to be completed prior to attending a scheduled date. Please make sure that these requirements are met, otherwise a revised schedule or alternative arrangements may be offered at the discretion of the Ashati Institute.

6.6. CHANGES: On rare occasions, there may be changes to a live session including the venue, date, time, duration, key people, teachers, speakers, and content. In this unlikely event, the Ashati Institute reserves the right to make such changes without compensation. Please update your email and cell phone details in your online profile to ensure that you receive any relevant notifications. The Ashati Institute takes all reasonable steps to ensure participants are accommodated for and may offer an alternative schedule or other arrangements if available.

6.7. PHOTOGRAPHIC CONSENT: The Ashati Institute values sharing innovative content that inspires people. To assist with this, the Ashati Institute may occasionally record live sessions. By attending a live session, you provide your consent for the Ashati Institute to freely record and use all recorded material (including photography, video and audio) associated with the live session for future content and marketing purposes in all media and distribution formats. Please email the Ashati Institute for more details or if you have any concerns.

6.8. PAYMENT CONDITIONS: Live sessions are, in most cases, non-refundable due to the limited places offered and budget requirements. If a person has made a payment and is unable to attend a scheduled live session, online access to the equivalent content and energy activations may be provided at no cost if available. Re-scheduling to another live session date may be possible at the discretion of the Ashati Institute and may require an additional fee. Ashati is not responsible for any liability or compensation that may arise from changes or cancellations to live sessions, including travel expenses. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month (on the total outstanding balance including fees) until the balance is paid. This is to assist with the administrative costs associated with the following up of payments.

    6.9. TRANSFER OF PROGRAM REGISTRATION:
    - Transfer to the following start date with a notice of more than 3 weeks prior to the course's start date is permitted at no cost.
    - Transfers within 3 weeks of the course's start date are also permitted for a fee of AU$150.
    - Transfers once a course has commenced are not possible.
    - Any missed workshop content is provided over distance at no cost or make-up workshops can be booked at a cost of $100 per workshop (subject to availability).

    6.10. CANCELLATION OF PROGRAM REGISTRATION:
    - Cancellation of a registration with a notice of more than 3 weeks prior to the course's start date is permitted with a refund of any payments made minus the Payment 1 amount of the payment plan (regardless of the payment method chosen at registration).
    - Cancellation of a registration with 3 week or less prior to the course's start date is also permitted, with a refund of any payments made minus the Payment 1 and Payment 2 amounts of the payment plan (regardless of the payment method chosen at registration).
    - A refund is not possible once a course has commenced or once a registration is transferred.

  7. COPYRIGHT

7.1. All Ashati content is protected under international copyright and trademark laws. This includes manuals, videos, audio tracks, text, images and other content. Ashati content is for personal use only and may NOT be shared with others, copied, modified, translated or distributed unless specifically authorised by the Ashati Institute. Copyright or trademark infringement may result in legal prosecution.

7.2. Any translation, re-working or variation of any Ashati content, including manuals, scripts, trademarks and references to the word 'Ashati' or other Ashati brands or terminology (including similar word variations), requires written permission from the Ashati Institute, who will remain the owner of the newly created content.

7.3. The term 'Ashati' is an internationally registered trademark owned by the Ashati Institute. The term 'Ashati' can be used by individuals and businesses to promote Ashati content, products and services (e.g. Ashati Healings, Ashati 1, Ashati 2, Ashati 3, Ashati Circles, etc.), if the relevant and current qualification and requirements are held.

7.4. In some circumstances, with written permission from the Ashati Institute, the term 'Ashati' can also be used in the name of a 'public presence', such as a business name, social media profile, Facebook group or website address. This 'public presence' should reflect the values and principles of the Ashati Institute but should not appear as an official body of 'Ashati' or the 'Ashati Institute' without written permission from the Ashati Institute. All permissions to use the term 'Ashati' can be withdrawn at any time. If permission is granted to represent the Ashati Institute in an official capacity (i.e. for a specific language / city / country etc) this 'public presence' and all its assets will be the property of the Ashati Institute.

  8. ASHATI NETWORK

8.1. PROVIDERS: In addition to the content, products and services available directly through the Ashati Institute, there is a network of providers including Registered Teachers (listed within the 'Network' section of the official Ashati website) who are authorised to independently offer some of the Ashati system levels, energy activations and content (provided they hold the relevant qualification and meet the current requirements set by the Ashati Institute). An Ashati Network member operates as a separate legal entity to the Ashati Institute and is responsible for their own practice (including the products and services that they provide), insurance, fiscal and legal obligations, and other requirements that may exist within their region. All registered teachers provide the same energies, core content and certificates / qualifications, issued by the Ashati Institute. Additional content or personal views provided by a teacher are of their own and may not always be relevant to the Ashati content. However, feel free to contact us for any clarifications. Clients of these providers must complete the Ashati levels in the correct order, with respect of the 21-day integration periods. All client information must be kept secure and confidential at all times. Registered Teachers are required to register all their students with the Ashati Institute for each Ashati System level that they complete. Any pre-requisite requirements must be completed by a student and checked by the Registered Teacher before registering them. Only official certificates issued by the Ashati Institute are to be accepted. Please check with the Ashati Institute for the current method of registering students and delivering content / certificates.

8.2. MANUALS / CONTENT: A Registered Teacher may provide the most up-to-date manuals, other related content (including videos / audio tracks etc) and certificates for the levels that they are authorised to offer, directly to their respective students using a secure delivery method (such as a print out, personal email). Manuals and other related content should not be made publicly available, published on a public website or offered in other public forums. All manuals and other related content must be kept unchanged and offered in full to avoid inconsistencies in training and breach of international copyright and trademark laws. © Copyright is held by the Ashati Institute.

8.3. TEACHING: The core teaching of the Ashati system levels (including Ashati, Alsemia, Ascension, Higher Senses and Soul Rescue) and all communication regarding Ashati should not include theories or techniques from other systems, nor other topics or spiritual beliefs, to maintain relevance and training consistency.

8.4. PRICING: The Ashati Institute sets a minimum price for each individual level to promote fair practice and sustainability for teachers who may rely on this income to continue offering this important work to others. The minimum prices and the teacher registration fees are subject to change with inflation and other factors. The most up-to-date prices are displayed online when registering students. These prices may be converted to other currencies and should be periodically updated as required. Please check with the Ashati Institute if there are unusual changes in currency conversion, inconsistencies compared to the pricing of other similar modalities in a region or targeted charitable projects that require special pricing.

8.5. DIRECTORY: To keep the Ashati Network directory up-to-date and current, Ashati Network Members must be actively offering ALL the Ashati System levels that they are authorised to offer in order to remain registered and listed. This is to ensure that prospective students are forwarded to teachers who are offering Ashati System levels. An Ashati Network member who has been de-registered may re-apply, if they meet the relevant and current requirements.

8.6. COMMUNICATION: In all Ashati related sessions and communications, Ashati Network Members are expected to communicate a neutral and unbiased view on any topics that involve other beliefs or ideologies, such as politics, medicine, religion, other energy healing systems and other possibly divisive topics, so that they don’t influence any clients' own belief system and individual journey of discovery. Any personal advice provided to clients must encourage them to trust their own guidance rather being told what they should or should not do by their practitioner or teacher. All communication about Ashati and related topics is required to be delivered in a professional, supportive, open-minded and empathetic way. The Ashati Institute may occasionally send notifications to Ashati Network Members which will be required to be passed onto their clients if requested by the Ashati Institute.

8.7. REQUIREMENTS: Ashati Network Members must share the values and principles of the Ashati Institute and are required to regularly check for and immediately implement all updates, instructions and changes issued by the Ashati Institute (including all content and requirements) that are communicated through course content, email notifications or these terms and conditions. Please ensure that the Ashati Institute has your current email address and that you respond to emails within a few days. Please add “info@ashati.org” to your contact list within all your email programs to prevent these emails from going to your SPAM folder. The Ashati Institute may remove a person’s qualification should their abilities, practices or values be deemed not consistent with the expectations of the Ashati Institute or be detrimental to the Ashati System. An Ashati Network member found to be in breach of these terms and conditions by the Ashati Institute may have their teaching registration cancelled without compensation and will then no longer be able to use the trademarked word 'Ashati', use or promote their Ashati related qualifications / association with Ashati or offer any Ashati related content, products and services. Certificates issued by unregistered providers will not be recognised by the Ashati Institute, and continuing to offer Ashati related content, products and services without proper registration will result in legal action for copyright and trademark infringement, with sought compensation. This is to ensure consistency, sustainability and fair practice amongst fellow Ashati Network Members and to protect the integrity of the Ashati system.

8.8. CONTINGENCY: Should Jerome Baudel or the current official head representative of the Ashati Institute at the time decide to dissolve the official Ashati Institute or governing body, then all Ashati Network Members have permission to continue offering the Ashati content, products and services that they are qualified for. In this event, and only in this event, Ashati Network Members will then be able issue their own student certificates and these students will automatically be permitted to teach the levels that they are qualified for without the need to register as a teacher. The latest updated version of the manuals and all Ashati System content will then have to be used and kept unchanged to ensure the integrity of the founder’s vision. Additional content can however be provided separately to complement the original Ashati System if the original content becomes outdated or in need of further clarifications.

  9. SOCIAL MEDIA

9.1. The Ashati Institute endeavours to offer and maintain a social media platform for people to share ideas and experiences. By participating in any Ashati related social media, including Facebook or other interactive platforms, you agree to contribute in a positive and respectful manner and must share the values and principals of the Ashati Institute. The Ashati Institute reserves the right to remove an individual from an online group or platform and to remove content that is not deemed relevant to the Ashati System or benneficial to all members. Inappropriate behaviour, unsolicited marketing material or offensive / defamatory content is not permitted.

  10. EFFECTIVENESS

10.1. The feedback for the Ashati System has been overwhelmingly positive. However, due to the spiritual and personal development nature of this type of work, the Ashati Institute is unable to guarantee or make any claim to individual results. There are many factors that influence an individual’s experience including personal beliefs, sensitivity to energy, openness to new concepts and the ability to do introspective work.

  11. DEFAMATION

11.1. If a person has any concerns relating to their Ashati experience they are encouraged to contact support via the Ashati website. By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree not to directly or indirectly express any defamatory or slanderous comment or content in anyway relating to Ashati via any method including but not limited to all media, public forums, blogs and social networks.

  12. INDEMNITY

12.1. The Ashati System introduces ideas and concepts that are aimed at increasing a person’s energetic and spiritual understanding of themselves and the many factors that influence them. All Ashati content and correspondence is of an advisory nature only. It does not replace appropriate professional advice. The Ashati Institute or any affiliated entity are not responsible for any loss, injury or damage caused by the interpretation, use or as a result of any content, technique, activity, product or service provided by the Ashati Institute, directly or indirectly through its courses and other products and services. Your statutory rights are not affected. In the unlikely and yet unprecedented event of legal actions, legal proceedings must take place in a location of the Ashati Institute’s choice.

  13. PRIVACY POLICY

13.1. Our privacy policy is available at www.ashati.org/privacy and forms part of these terms and conditions.

  14. BREACH OF TERMS

14.1. Being in breach of these terms and conditions may lead to permanent removal from the Ashati Platform and Ashati System without compensation, as well as legal action.

  15. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

15.1. The Ashati Institute reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions, and changes to related content and agreements, at any time and without liability or compensation, including changing or withdrawing any content, product or service (including any course, qualification or authorisation / licensing permission to independently offer Ashati related content, products or services). Use of the Ashati website or use of any Ashati related content, product or service implies the acceptance of any such changes. It is your responsibility to check and immediately reply to / implement any updates, communication or changes issued by the Ashati Institute through this page or through other related content and notifications. This is to safeguard the integrity and consistency of the system and to ensure that Ashati continues to develop and evolve in the best possible way.

Thank you for your co-operation in protecting the integrity of the Ashati System.
