You are likely to be energetically ‘prepared’ before this energy healing / Reiki workshop in Melbourne. This may cause you to experience some light symptoms in the hours leading to the workshop (sometimes starting the day or the night before). This can include some ‘heaviness’, tiredness, feeling more emotional or sensitive than usual, a light headache, or vivid dreams at night, for example. On the other hand, you may not consciously feel anything, or you may feel lighter and excited. Everyone will react differently depending on their situation, what the energy work is meant to provide them in terms of healing and development, their current energetic development and sensitivity to energy, etc. These symptoms, if any, will often dissipate during the energy healing / Reiki workshop in Melbourne.

It is expected to feel some integration symptoms after the healing. Again, everyone will experience the integration and healing period differently depending on what they are personally healing, releasing, receiving / integrating.

What to Bring:

The energy healing / Reiki workshops in Melbourne are typically organised in a small conference room. You will be seated on a chair during the whole event. Water is usually available, as well as toilet access. As this event includes a lot of energy healing work, during which you will be seated on a chair in a meditation state, there is a requirement to turn off mobile phones before the event and to be able to sit for most of the workshop (to avoid distracting others). You are welcome to bring a small cushion or pillow to be more comfortable on the chair. As energy healing work can make us feel hot or cold very quickly, it is also recommended to wear ‘layers’.

Growing up in New Zealand, she was fortunate to live a natural and free life in beautiful surroundings, eating fresh, organic home-grown fruit and vegetables from her Dad’s garden. With a thirst to see the other side of the world, she traveled to the UK and lived there for ten years, exploring many different places, meeting lots of interesting and fascinating people. During her time abroad, she worked in many roles, including in aged care. On her journeys, she explored spirituality and meditation, and found these most rewarding and nurturing for her soul. Over the years, Kate experienced a dramatic shift and an awakening of intuitive abilities. Her desire to learn and further her experience led her to Ashati. She soon after became a qualified accredited Ashati practitioner and teacher. Kate is passionate about her work. Ashati 2

Mind & Soul - ASHATI 1 Required First

Ashati 2 focuses on healing the group of energy bodies that form what we call the soul, as well as activating a deeper level of their connection to the physical body through the chakra system. This enables initiates to reach a much higher level of consciousness (the “higher consciousness”), higher senses, inner guidance and spiritual awakening, as well as to align their physical and soul levels to better understand themselves, their path and their purpose.

This course is centred on healing your soul and developing your body’s connection to it, thereby helping you reach a new level of awareness and perception named the higher consciousness. Ashati 2 is therefore a continuation of the healing work started with Ashati 1, as well as a first step into spiritual ascension. Like all courses within the Ashati system, this amazing journey starts with a powerful energy activation.

This energy activation is very different from the Ashati 1, Reiki and most other energy activations. Indeed, in addition to giving you access to much higher vibrational energies to work on your higher energy bodies and chakras, it will permanently clear and strengthen the connection to your soul and its higher level of awareness. This in itself is a revolutionary and major step in your spiritual development, as well as the start of a new stage in your healing and personal transformation journey. The Ashati 2 energies often feel lighter as they are of a higher frequency. The energy activation and 21-day integration period are therefore often described as gentler than Ashati 1. The amount of clearing and healing is however similar to Ashati 1, simply on a higher level and therefore sometimes less conscious. Spirit - ASHATI 2 Required First

Ashati 3 focuses on initiating a completely new level of personal development and spiritual ascension, opening the three chakras above the crown chakra and starting to reconnect the body and its conscious awareness to your own spirit (reaching the “spirit consciousness”). This course in psychic development has also many other practical applications and is open to anyone interested in discovering a whole new side to their mind and to this world.

The main higher senses (which will be described within this course) are:

Soul Rescue

Mediumship & Entity Clearing - ASHATI 3 Required First

This course builds on and expands Ashati 3 by describing different techniques to safely, very easily and quickly remove entities from a space or around someone. It includes a symbol and a symbol-based method to more simply remove entities (especially great for beginners or people who still have difficulties sensing entities), as well as mediumship techniques to learn to do this work in a more conscious way, and to further the connection with the Ashati Guides, your guides and loved ones on the other side, for yourself or others. Just as importantly, it includes a chakra energy activation that will naturally expand your ability to sense non-physical souls.

Crossing over entities involves healing work based on compassion. It is about helping souls that are lost and often confused, as well as the humans they energetically affect and who often suffer psychological or even physical symptoms from this energetic connection. This work is completely safe, empowering and very rewarding. On a more personal level, it will also give you the tools to make sure entities won’t affect you, your home and your loved ones anymore.

Despite many people’s common fears about the unseen and the misunderstood, entities are simply “regular” souls trapped in the astral dimension (the dimension just above the physical world, in terms of energy frequency). The different types of entities and the various reasons for their being trapped rather than moving on to a higher dimension will be described in the manual.

Entities are quite common, and many people will have a connection to an entity at some stage in their lifetime, often for a few days to a few years, regardless of whether or not they believe in their existence. These connections on the energy level, which will also be described in the manual, can really affect people’s health and lives, consciously or subconsciously. Removing an entity is a very powerful way to help a person heal and find peace and balance again.

Entities connected to people are often complete “strangers” rather than the souls of people who knew them. They seem to “see” and get attracted to the people who share similar emotions, often repressed and therefore “stagnant” in the person’s energy field. In very general terms, a person with repressed anger will become more “visible” to entities carrying a lot of anger too. The similarity and the details of the feelings shared by both the host and the entity can be quite surprising in some cases.

Entities are therefore less likely to connect with people who are healing themselves and who are removing repressed emotions from their aura and physical body. Working on yourself through energy healing is therefore one of the best forms of protection available against entities.

You will receive a chakra energy activation to help you sense souls in the astral dimension more easily, for mediumship purposes (e.g. to connect with spirit guides or loved ones who have passed away), for soul rescue work, or both, depending on your preference. Indeed, you may already have a high level of connection to your higher senses (or psychic senses) and yet still find it difficult to scan for entities or to sense non-physical souls. This is often due to the fact that astral entities are in a “lower section” (or rather vibration) of the astral dimension and that you need to be able to expand your higher senses to reach this level. The activation will significantly help you towards this goal.

Your abilities to sense astral souls will however need to be developed further through practise. While most people notice a difference in their senses after the activation, some will develop this over the 21-days to follow and with more practise. This ability ultimately depends on many factors, including your level of spiritual development, your sensitivity to energy and the existence and effects of repressed emotions or limiting beliefs.

Unlike the Alsemia and Ashati energy activations, this energy activation, unique to this course, does not give access to healing energies. It is however strongly recommended to perform daily Ashati self-healings during this entire 21-day period of integration after the energy activation.

Alsemia 3

This dimension is above the fifth dimension, or soul dimension. This level of vibration is therefore much higher than most healing energies available to humanity (almost all of them are from within the astral dimension).

The sixth dimensional range of energy you will be able to access through this energy activation and the easy techniques described in the manual will be used for further physical healing. Alsemia 4

Spirit - ALSEMIA 3 Required First

Alsemia 4 will deeply develop the connection between your spirit and your physical body (and its conscious awareness as a physical being). This is the most advanced level of energetic development currently offered before being able to embark on the higher Alsemia levels (Alsemia 5 to 13, also offered through the Alsemia Training), which will help you work on a whole different part of your energetic being: your consciousness energy.

Alsemia 4 is a much more advanced level and a new type of energy activation within this system. Like all Alsemia energy activations, it will connect your body to a new dimensional level and give you access to some of its energy, mostly for physical healing and development.

However, similarly to an Ascension energy activation, Alsemia 4 will also trigger structural changes linked to the process of advanced energetic ascension. For this reason, Alsemia 4 is only available after having received and integrated the Ascension 5 energy activation (and Alsemia 3). Alsemia 4 will not work if received before this higher stage of energetic development.

Alsemia 4 marks the end of a major cycle of physical ascension, which started with Alsemia 1 and which has, over each level, raised the vibration of your physical body and connected it to the healing energies from higher and higher dimensions. This cycle is ending with your body’s energetic connection to the spirit realm’s energy – and more specifically to the dimension where your spirit comes from: the seventh dimension.

Beyond the effects of raising the vibration of your body, which can have a general positive impact on your health, higher senses, inner guidance, manifestation abilities, and much more, this energetic change is accompanied with another and deeper key stage of advanced energetic ascension: the direct connection between your spirit body and your physical body. Now energetically connected to the level of vibration of your spirit, your physical body can be indeed directly affected by your spirit energy. Reiki Healing - Entry Level

Lineage of Reiki.

Reiki, pronounced "Ray Key", corresponds to both a specific vibrational range linked to the energy of the Earth element. Reiki is mostly centred on the etheric and the physical bodies. Rei means "universal"; Ki means "energy". So, like all healing energies, Reiki is a "spiritually guided energy". Because of this general meaning of healing energy, the word Reiki is also sometimes used by some as a substitute for the terms ‘healing energy’.

This Reiki 1 course is another powerful step towards deep relaxation, health, balance and wellbeing. This Reiki course will give you all the tools you need to start your own self-healing and development journey with Reiki (and to combine it with Ashati and Alsemia), whether it is for your personal benefits only or to start training as a professional Reiki practitioner. This Reiki course will teach you about the holistic nature of the human body, the chakras, the different energy bodies that create the aura, Reiki healing, healing energies and how to channel them through your chakras / body and out of your hands, how to protect yourself from negative energies in your daily life, perform grounding, heal or cut energy cords with others, and how to use powerful energies to heal and even transform yourself (this knowledge and these techniques are common to Ashati / Alsemia and most energy healing systems, but adding the energy of Reiki to healings). Additionally, you will learn how to use Reiki to heal food, plants and animal, and how to start healing others. This Reiki energy activation, like all Ashati Institute energy activations, will also develop your higher chakras and therefore your psychic abilities, or rather your psychic potential, that the higher senses course will help you explore and utilise to complement your healings and to receive intuitive guidance.

Reiki 2

Reiki Healing - REIKI 1 Required First

Lineage of Reiki.

This Reiki course is energetically very strong, giving you access to much higher frequencies of healing energy within the Reiki system. These Reiki 2 energies and additional changes to your chakras will further increase your healing abilities and your psychic potential, perfectly complementing your Ashati and Alsemia healing skills. In this Reiki 2 course, you will learn the sacred symbols used in Reiki. You will also discover how to do energy healings (using Reiki and other energies) over distance, and you will be able to develop your confidence in offering high standard hands-on Reiki healings, whether you wish to do this for yourself, friends and family, or whether you intend to start a professional practice. This Reiki course is the minimum required professional training to work as a Reiki practitioner.

Reiki 3

Reiki Healing – Master Level - REIKI 2 Required First

Lineage of Reiki.

Whilst this advanced Reiki 3 course will train you to pass on attunements to Reiki 1, Reiki 2 and Reiki 3, it is not just for those who wish to teach Reiki. Everyone can greatly benefit from this amazing Reiki 3 energy activation, which will give you access to much stronger and higher vibrational energies to expand your healing abilities. This Reiki 3 energy activation and its energies will take your Reiki healing and your psychic potential to much higher levels, whether you decide to use these solely for your own development, as a Reiki / energy healing advanced practitioner, or as a Reiki / energy healing master-teacher. It is highly recommended to receive this Reiki 3 energy activation if you wish to work as a practitioner (even though the Reiki level 2 qualification is officially sufficient to start working professionally), and this level of training is required to teach others. This Reiki 3 course will also reveal the remaining sacred symbols and discuss new ways to utilise these energies, such as "planet healing".

Seichem 1

REIKI 1 Required First

The Seichem 1 energy activation gives access to a first level of healing energies within each one of the three elemental rays:

Sophi-Ei (Water): A gentle pulsing vibration which helps to push emotional issues to the surface. It facilitates a gentle re-balancing and healing process on this level. This is a great complement to the much deeper mental and emotional healing work from Ashati 1 and 2.

Angelic-light (Air): Often felt as a subtle 'breeze', this energy facilitates balancing on the mental level, preparing for or complementing the much deeper work that Ashati makes possible. Air also expresses the qualities of communication. This energy therefore helps to enhance psychic perception and communication with spirit guides.

Sakara (Fire): Usually felt as a tingling, like an electric current, it works on transmuting energy within an object, crystal, a person's body and aura, etc. (transmuting foreign and unnecessary energies only, not a person's own repressed emotional or mental energies which must be released and processed into their own chakra system).

Seichem 2

SEICHEM 1 and REIKI 2 Required First

This new level will give you access to a much wider range of vibration within each of the Seichem elemental rays. These Seichem 2 higher energies and additional changes to your chakras will further increase your healing abilities and your psychic potential. You will also learn about the sacred symbols used in Seichem (some in common with Reiki). Seichem 2 is the minimum professional training required to work as an Energy Healing / Seichem practitioner.

Golden Dragon 1

REIKI 1 Required First

This Golden Dragon 1 energy activation makes a connection to the Earth allowing initiates to pull up the energy of crystals, minerals and metals for healing purposes (channelled through the grounding cord and lower main chakras up to the heart chakra, arms and hands). The energy activation also enables initiates to channel higher vibrational energies, mostly for emotional support and balancing at this level (through the higher main chakras). This energy activation will therefore also greatly develop your grounding and enable you to channel energy from above (higher dimensional energies through your higher chakras) and from below (crystal / mineral / metal energies from the Earth and the lower chakras).

Golden Dragon 2

The Golden Dragon 2 level represents the official teacher training and includes information about the second symbol and how to perform energy activations (attunements) to the Golden Dragon level 1 and 2 energies. This Golden Dragon 2 energy activation is much stronger than level 1 and will further increase your grounding, healing abilities and psychic potential.

Golden Dragon 3

GOLDEN DRAGON 2 and REIKI 3 and SEICHEM 3 Required First

The Golden Dragon level 3 energy activation is only available to people who have done a lot of healing work on themselves and reached a high level in their energetic / spiritual development. It is therefore a great complement to the advanced Ascension energy activations. Golden Dragon 3 will not only expand your ability to channel astral energies from above (through your higher chakras) and from the Earth below (through your grounding cords), it will also trigger a lot of changes to your energetic being, enabling you to hold more energy and to speed up your ascension journey. Golden Dragon 3 is also associated with DNA activations and healing. After having received this energy activation, you will be able to pass it on to others. The connection to higher levels of energy is open-ended, which means that it will grow as you develop (no need for further energy activations to Golden Dragon).

Kundalini Reiki

Kundalini Energy and Kundalini Awakening - Entry Level

Kundalini is a Sanskrit word for the powerful creative force in the human body which for most people lies dormant at the base of their spine. It also refers to an energetic state in which certain energy channels and chakras have been opened, thereby gaining access to the Earth's energy. The base chakra, an energy centre located near the coccyx, serves as the entrance for the kundalini energy (also known as the "kundalini fire"). Upon entering the body, the energy runs along the main energy channel, before exiting through the crown chakra. With an open kundalini, a complete cleansing of the chakras, energy channels and some body parts will be obtained over a certain period of time.

In Hindu mythology, kundalini is symbolically represented as a serpent goddess who lies asleep at the base of the spine, coiled three and a half times around the first chakra. Her name is Kundalini Shakti, and she represents the unfolding of the divine Shakti energy, the energising potential of life itself, a living goddess who enlivens all things.

Kundalini Reiki is a very straightforward healing system which does not require the use of complex techniques, and which can therefore easily complement Ashati and Reiki. A series of three energy activations and six boosters are given in order to open and strengthen the energy channels of your body, enabling specific energy to flow through you, and helping to cleanse your body from energy blockages. This system will prepare your body for the kundalini awakening, and it will also give you access to a range of vibration similar to the kundalini energy (especially for etheric and physical healing) that you will be able to channel alongside Reiki, Ashati and any other energy you have been activated to, for healing purposes.

Kundalini Yoga masters can spend years to reach a full Kundalini Awakening. These Kundalini energy activations will enable your body to be ready for these energies within weeks only.

The Kundalini Reiki integration period is only 7 days. Therefore unlike the other energy activations, you will only need to wait at least 7 days between each level.

Kundalini Reiki 1
During the first attunement, the healing channels are opened to the Kundalini Reiki energy. At the same time, the body is prepared for the kundalini awakening. The crown, heart and hand chakras are opened and strengthened. You will learn how to perform a Kundalini Reiki healing, in person and over distance.

Kundalini Reiki 2
At this level, a partial kundalini awakening takes place. The channels are strengthened, and the main energy channel is opened safely. As a result, the kundalini fire can now travel from the base chakra to the solar plexus chakra, preparing the way for a full kundalini awakening in the next level. You also become able to channel a wider range of Kundalini Reiki healing energy. You will learn a meditation which will increase the power of the kundalini fire.

Kundalini Reiki 3
(Kundalini Reiki master)
The throat, solar plexus, sacral and base chakras are opened and strengthened. The kundalini fire is also strengthened and can now flow up to and out of the crown chakra (when a full rising of the Kundalini is ready to occur). You also get access to the full range of Kundalini Reiki energy. You will learn how to attune others as well as crystals so that they may act as energy channels. This level will enable you to pass on to others the levels 1, 2 and 3 energy activations.

Kundalini Reiki 1 to 6
(Kundalini Reiki Boosters)
There are 6 additional energy activation boosters, which you can pass on to others once you have received them. The Kundalini Reiki boosters strengthen and increase your energy channels, to allow even greater amounts of Kundalini Reiki to flow through (and all other healing energies you have been activated to).

After receiving each Ashati energy activation, you will enter an integration period during which daily self-healings are essential. This 21-day period of self-healing and integration is at the core of your personal development journey. Although optional, this meditation track may be used when performing your Ashati self-healings at home, in order to guide you through the different steps. It is only intended to be used for your first self-healings, providing you with the basic instructions and some additional guidance. Later on, you will be able to trust your own knowledge and inner-guidance in order to adjust the technique and duration of your healings. This track is optional and can be replaced with relaxing / meditation music.
